I need help with my diet?

OK so I'm 6'1, 230 pounds and 15 years old. I kickbox and I workout at home. I'm not a fat because I don't look like one, people think I'm around 170-180. I still need to lose weight though, I have kickboxing two days a week, and I also have boxing two days a week, but I don't go to boxing because I don't like it and I like using my legs. I just need to know if I should eat LOTS of protein, since I'm trying to lose weight. I have alot of protein shakes, such as magnum quattro which is 60g of protein and only 1g of carbs. I understand that I need less carbs and more protein, but can my protein shake whenever I want since its all protein and basically no carbs at all?? and I'm also drinking 3-4 L of water, and should I never starve myself?? I'm not stupid at all. I have a lot of academic awards, am shortlisted for a prestigious school title, am only 16 but have high hopes for the future. ok so i broke up with my ex, Carlos, on december 22, 2009, and i he didn't call me anymore until march 27 , 2010, although he did want to add me on facebook 2 days before. I am young, have a chronic condition that can lead to life threatening complications (type 1 diabetic) and suffer from depression and pain. I have a major fear of dying. Guinea pig bedding???

Hello! I am getting 2 guinea pigs tomorrow, and i don't know what kind of cage, bedding, or names to call/get for them. I was thinking about cloroplast, but i don't have enough space for it. Honey, EVERY person has to do these things. Most people have to do all these things PLUS work a full time job too. That is just part of what it means to be an adult. Just suck it up and do it one by one. Do what you can every day. What you don't get done today will still be there for you to do tomorrow. Make a list. Try to prioritize your list of what needs done by what is most important or by the ones with deadlines to be done by. As you accomplish your task, line it off of your list so you SEE that you are making an accomplishment. Set a goal of 3 tasks each day and if you reach your goal, reward yourself with a treat.

Changing aquarium water?

How often should I change the water in my aquarium? And should I just change part of it? I also have a gravel vacuum, so how often should I be using that? I probably should have done some research before buying all this stuff, lol. If it makes any difference, it's a 10 gallon fresh water aquarium, and we have six fish--three Glofish and three other ones. They're some type of tetra--they're peach colored with a little black on them. If I do need to do a partial water change, how do I go about conditioning the water? When I set it up, I used a water conditioner for a 10 gallon tank. If I add fresh tap water, should I add a little more conditioner?

Why is Myspace so inadequate?

I'm trying to be nice but Myspace has disappointed me very much. Not so much the platform but the users have really plucked my nerves. I've been banned from their forums numerous times. Buy a can of compressed air and blow it out paying special attention to the fins on your heat sink - the ram, all your fans (especially on the cpu and graphics card), and your graphics card. Don't use a vacuum cleaner (though I never take my own advice) because they tend to generate static. Static and electronics don't mix too good.

As a writer and English major, honestly, it was awful. You should never, ever, say "but you might ask" or "i will tell you" or the like UNLESS you are going for a Harlan Coben-esque talking-to-the-reader style. Even if you were, this can only be done after years of experience and establishing oneself as a writer. Also, I see where you tried for imagery, but it was futile. Nothing that the father says sounds believable, it sounds made-up and fake. If this sounds harsh, I am sorry, but constructive criticism is part of being a writer. Keep trying! :)

So sorry to hear what you are going through. You need to stop giving him milk because it only creates more mucus and will not help him at all with the cold symptoms. A nice warm bath to help the drainage, humidifier to keep it loose and pedialyte. You need to start replenishing his fluids, the lil ones dehydrate so much quicker than adults. But stop the milk for the time being, what I have suggested will at least help comfort him and maybe allow you both to get some sleep before you get in for your scheduled doctor's appt. I hope all goes well, you can expect this cold to last for at least two weeks, for some reason it is hard to shake this year.

My daughter is 5 and is in Kidnergarden. recently i was in Velden, Austria and my sister and i went to a discotheck called crazy bull. I met a guy there named Ollie and freaked with him and stuff. This made me think of our "stupidest" criminal. We live in a small town in AZ really nice place. Well one night this guy who was on some really tough drugs decided he needed money. It was a windy night I might add and this bag came flying by him so he chased it down about a block and decided to rob Pizza Hut. He goes into Pizza Hut with this plastic bag over his head and starts yelling give me all your money. He also had his hand in his pocket like he had a gun. He then realizes he can not breathe or see so he is trying to make holes in the bag so he doesn't die. The whole crew at Pizza Hut was laughing their a$$es off. They thought it was one of the crew that took out a delivery and came back playing a trick on them. They kept on laughing and he finally got so pissed that he told them to ***** off and ran out of the building without the holes he needed to continue to breathe. At this time the crew realized it wasn't a joke and called PD. Naturally he wasn't hard to find he took off the bag and started walking down the road with it in his hand.

How to get dried plaster out of floorboards?

I recently had 'workmen' in to do some re-plastering. They managed to tread plaster into my stripped floorboards, and to splash it on to stripped skirtings. (All sealed with matt varnish). Of course it has found it's way into all the grooves, old worm holes etc. Short of stripping the floors, is there any way to remove it? Water just seems to spread it and when it dries it comes back. I havent had a irregular period but my friends mom did. You should defiantly talk to your mom about it. My friends mom had to get sergury cause she would have it pretty much every other day. I moved into my 3 bedroom apartment in November with a girlfriend of mine. My dad is the co-signer on the lease, I am on the lease and so is she. We have been having problems with her paying the cable bills and she is also just a very horrible roommate. She goes in to my room and goes through my things and also smoke pot all the time and has completely taken over the apartment. I have talked to my property management company and they say my dad as the co-signer has the right to kick her out but I'm not sure if we have the right.
