I need help with my diet?
OK so I'm 6'1, 230 pounds and 15 years old. I kickbox and I workout at home. I'm not a fat because I don't look like one, people think I'm around 170-180. I still need to lose weight though, I have kickboxing two days a week, and I also have boxing two days a week, but I don't go to boxing because I don't like it and I like using my legs. I just need to know if I should eat LOTS of protein, since I'm trying to lose weight. I have alot of protein shakes, such as magnum quattro which is 60g of protein and only 1g of carbs. I understand that I need less carbs and more protein, but can my protein shake whenever I want since its all protein and basically no carbs at all?? and I'm also drinking 3-4 L of water, and should I never starve myself?? I need to know all of this, please help, I don't need anyone giving me websites to stupid things and like green tea and shyt like that, I need real help..please and thank you :)
