Everyone says eat an apple a day to keep the doctor away which I find completely true.Before you eat make sure you know what your eating.You should eat 25% of chicken,steak,or other types of meat and protein.25% of wheat,bread,and other types of grain,and 50% of vegetables.One of the better vegetables are beans.For a treat I would eat 1 little serving of soft served ice cream with strawberries or bananas.For breakfast I would have yogurt and an apple.You can only stay on your diet if you want to!
