Are UK unions deterring foreign investors?

no..Unions in the U.K. do not have the power that they used to ...foreign Investors are deterred by the minimum wage laws as they think that �5.93 a hour is too high a wage, also by rules on Health and Safety of workers...why come to the U.K. when you can use a factory in India and pay an 8 year old 30 pence a day to do the work.?
