Who do you think is a more malevolent character? Adolf Hitler or Kim Jung (mentally ill)?

I think they both certainly are the epitome of evil, both are/were mentally ill I'm sure - Hitler's genocide and Kim Jung has oppressed his people who are suffering so much to the point where it is not even recognizable as life to all of us in the free world. Jung's is a genocide of the human spirit.
