Let me get this straight, it is OK to drive Stern to satellite, but not Ok to do it to anyone else?

The responses I am getting to my questions regarding the fairness doctrine, and the censorship by clear channel have basically turned up that it is OK to pull Howard Stern from the airwaves, but not OK to use that same regulation on conservative talk radio? Seriously?
