How do I get this man ?

Ive got my eye on this y man who has a business in the town were I live . i dont know were he lives or if he is married....ive tried to check the electoral roll but you have to pay.....i sound like a stalker.....I know he uses a gym near me and was considering putting a note on his car windsreen...would a man like this or would it be a bit scarey....any ideas?
