What should I say after I accidentally fart in public?

I get really bad gas, and often have to "cut one" when I'm out in public. People definitely can smell my farts from the looks on their faces. Also, sometimes my farts make noise. I just can't help it. Is there anything I can say/do so I don't offend people by farting in public? Thanks.
