What if i lost these papers that i needed for Septmember the 7th??

You can go the office and tell them that the papers are misplaced. The forms that you're Mom signed should be available in the school office. They can give you new forms for your Mom to sign. This happens quite frequently. I'm sure that you are not the only that has lost/misplaced their forms. In the meantime, your Mom can write a note to the school that she did fill out and signed the forms. I hope that this helps and don't worry about it. Good Luck. Ruth
