Why is it that when a MAN cheats he is called a STUD..?

No actually that wouldn't be completely true. Most people who cheat are called cheaters. Tarts refers to women who are unmarried and are looking to milk men for money, jewels and rent; and never marry them. They are also referred to as sugar babies.
