Rootkit detected but cannot delete? malware bytes picked it up called jypxuui.sys?

but everytime i remove it, its back after i restart the computer. its located in C/Windows/System32/Drivers. I am unable to delete it, it says unable to read from source file or disk. Can someone tell me how to remove it completely? Thanks
