Is it likely my daughter will be have jaundice?
I believe it isn't hereditary, so about 2 in 10. It isn't that bad, you just have to heed this advice. If you are going to feed, it isn't always a natural and easy thing. Sometimes, for a variety of reasons, your milk doesn't come in the way it should, or your baby doesn't take it the way she/he should. If this is the case, and her bilirubins are high, then you need make sure the little one is getting the nutrients and hydration they need, until everything is working as it should. Otherwise, you could run into dehydration problems, and the kid couldn't be getting what he/she needs.
