Why would he ask me to hang out 3 times, and then blow me off?

Ditch the frat boy. They're no good. All they do is get drunk & sleep around. They are too immature & don't know how to handle a real relationship. They're just looking for flings. If that's all you want is a fling, then go for it. But don't expect anything long-term from this guy.
