Have Halloween costumes for little girls become to 5lutish?

YES YES YES!!! it seems like every year the costumes become more and more skimpy. It is not just their halloween costumes it is their regular clothing as well. I went into the mall the other day and saw clothing in the children section that looked like it was for hookers.
