Hair loss at 17 years old?

Hair loss is very hereditary on my moms side of the family, which I completely take after. But if usually doesn't happen to men in my family until their late 20's. lately it seems like my head is very itchy and tingle all over and I have a very obvious receded widows peak which I didn't have a few years ago, my hair hasn't gotten any thinner except for a very small spot along the edge of my widows peak, how long will it be until im bald?
