I think I might have swine flu any ideas what I should do?

It's been exactly 72 hours it started with and scratchy throat then went into mild fever and body aches by hour 30 I was going to the doctors to go get tamiflu but decided this is probably just a cold plus i haven't had hardly any sleep so i ped out. I have gotten regular flu vaccine many months ago but the new h1n1 vaccine was recently available about 3 weeks ago but I was tentative to get it. I recently decided that im going to get it but now it may be to late I woke up today with green phlegm fever has been gone for at least 15 hours and as of right now the green phlegm is gone but... I have mild diarrhea now this is not common for the common cold what else could it be will I die I mean is this going to get worse or will i continue to get better? I will add that i drank a bunch of Orange juice ate some soup and that's about it this may be the cause or maybe not?
