AP Physics 2D motion help?

How do you get the maximum time for the projectile motion when the y displacement is zero and x displacement is 300? I know that I have to use the range formula and the angle has to be closest to 90, but would it be 89 or 89.99999...? Or is there another way to calculate it? Help!
